O’Callaghan Collection, formally known as O’Callaghan Hotel Group is one of the leading privately-owned hotel groups in Ireland. The group was established in 1990 with the opening of the first hotel; The Mont Clare Hotel in Dublin. Since then, the Group has opened three additional hotels in Dublin – The Davenport Hotel in 1993, The Alexander Hotel in 1997 which was refurbished and rebranded to The Alex in 2017, and The Stephen’s Green Hotel in 2000 which was refurbished and rebranded to The Green in 2018. Each hotel is unique in its style and offering, whilst always placing the guest at the core. The Dublin hotels are perfectly located at the heart of the city and offer beautiful state of the art design as well as top class service to ensure a truly memorable experience.

While developing its portfolio in Dublin, O’Callaghan Collection continued its expansion internationally by opening two international properties – the Eliott (Gibraltar) in 1996 and Tamburlaine (Cambridge) in 2017.
