Dining at O’Callaghan St Stephen’s Green
Our central Dublin hotel was once home to the great Irish Playwright, George Fitzmaurice who is honoured in the hotel through our bar and restaurant, both are named after two of his plays.
The “Pie Dish” Bistro combines a glass atrium with two inner rooms from the Georgian houses. The bright atrium of our restaurant offers guests a unique and amazing experience of dining in a glass cavern that offers warmth, comfort and quiet while dining on Harcourt Street overlooking St Stephens Green. The two inner rooms in the listed Georgian buildings lend a calm sophisticated historical backdrop for any meals.
