2018 & beyond
As one of Dublin’s most iconic hotels, The new look Davenport is eagerly awaited by many locals and regular guests. A favourite with regular guests, diners and international visitors, The Davenport has always had a sense of elegance however the refurbishment, which is already well underway, will see this hotel restored to its former glory with a new twist of modern sophistication.
A staged project to minimalise disturbance to guests, the first phase of bedrooms and dining space will be revealed in January 2018, setting the tone for the new hotel look and feel.
The Green, the new look Stephen’s Green Hotel
Change is on the way to this city centre hotel. Located at the heart of the city and at a cultural crossroads, The Stephens’ Green Hotel is conveniently located, comfortable and has been welcoming many locals and international guests alike for many years. Times are changing and so is Dublin and that is why this hotel in entering into a staged refurbishment which will unveil a fresh new look and identity for this city centre hotel. The aim of this project is to create a dynamic meeting space within Dublin city centre while offering the highest level of luxurious accommodation and the best experience to our guests.
Throughout the coming months, you will notice the changes around The Stephen’s Green, however if you can’t wait, see below a sneak peak of what the new Green will look like.
The first phase of the refurbishment will see the bar and restaurant area transformed into a welcoming and sophisticated space, perfect for lunch or evening dining and after work cocktails. In line with that, the bathrooms in each of the bedrooms will be completely refurbished to introduce a range of stylish yet functional en-suites. At this stage, the bedrooms will receive a soft refurbishment to freshen them up and align with the new look hotel.
Throughout the refurbishment process, the hotel will re-brand to become “The Green”, which will introduce a complete new identity to the hotel, positioning it as one of the hottest spots in the city for 2018.
