Pie Dish Bistro draws its title from the much neglected writings of one of Ireland's forgotten playwrights, George Fitzmaurice, who once lived in the Georgian buildings that are now a part of the O'Callaghan Stephen's Green Hotel.

This is a magnificent, and somewhat unusual Dublin restaurant as it combines the modern, airy and bright architecture of The Atrium with the cosy inner rooms of the original Georgian house.
Pie Dish Bistro offers the finest contemporary bistro cuisine.
