The home of the Guinness fermentation process. A building style modelled from the Chicago school of architecture and a giant pint glass is worth a tour. Seven storeys take in the brewing process, tasting labs, brand development, a retail store, the Choice Zone interactive exhibit, lessons on pint pouring, traditional Irish dining and panoramic views of Dublin City.
